Hosting
Most hosting companies our size resell cloud instances from somebody larger. That leaves them unable to tell you much about what your workload is actually sitting on. We take dedicated machines and run our own hypervisor clusters on them. The hypervisor, the storage layout and the network design are ours, and that is why we can tell you which machine you are on, what else runs beside it, how quickly it can be made bigger, and exactly where your data sits.
The machines live in data centre parks in Helsinki and Germany, in facilities certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Those certificates belong to the operator rather than to us, and what we run on names them so you can check.
The options below are the same infrastructure at four levels of isolation and control. Moving between them is a migration we schedule with you, not a change of supplier.

In data centre parks in Helsinki and Germany, inside the EU — audited every year against the standards below, by independent bodies rather than by their own staff.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022
- Information security management, current edition. Audited scope covers the data centre parks our machines sit in, with no Annex A exclusions.
- BSI C5 Type 2
- The German federal cloud security standard. Type 2 means operating effectiveness was tested over a period, not just the design of the controls.
- NIS-2 / KRITIS
- Classified an operator of critical services in Germany and certified under §8a BSIG.
- TÜV Rheinland
- Independent audit of the technical and organisational measures referenced by the data processing agreement.
- ISO 14001 and EMAS
- Environmental management at the German sites, which run on renewable electricity at an average PUE of 1.13.
What we run on maps the sites and lists the scope of each certificate, if you want to check any of it against the register.

Describe the workload and we will tell you what it needs, what it costs, and whether we are the right people for it.
