Lambda Twelve provides software development, web and business application services, shared and managed hosting, virtual machines, dedicated-server services, private-cloud infrastructure and related technical services. The precise scope of any purchased service is defined by the applicable Order, statement of work or other written agreement.
3. Applicable terms
Use of this website and purchase or use of Lambda Twelve services are subject, as applicable, to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Service Level Agreement, Privacy Notice and any Order or service-specific terms agreed with the customer.
4. Hosting and illegal-content notices
Lambda Twelve provides hosting services on which customers may store information. A person or entity wishing to notify Lambda Twelve of allegedly illegal content hosted on its services may contact abuse@lambda-twelve.com.
A notice should, so far as possible, identify:
- why the information is alleged to be illegal;
- the exact URL, hostname, IP address or other location sufficient to identify the information;
- any supporting information reasonably required to assess the notice;
