Sometimes the useful thing is not a project but an afternoon with somebody who has seen the problem before. We review networks, server estates, hosting arrangements and proposed software builds, and write down what we find.

We will say when we think a supplier is charging you for the wrong thing, including when that supplier would otherwise have been us.

Questions

Will you review work done by another supplier?: Yes, and we will be factual about it. The point of a review is to be useful, not to win the follow-on work.
Do we have to become a customer afterwards?: No. The review can end with the findings. If you want us to help with some of them afterwards, we can, but that is a separate decision.
Can you review something before we buy it?: Yes. Send us the proposal, specification or architecture before you commit. We will tell you what looks sensible, what is missing and what we would question.
