Domains are boring until one expires. We register and renew them, run the DNS, and keep the contact details correct so the renewal notice reaches a person who still works for you.

Questions

Do we own the domain?: Yes. It is registered to you, not to us. We are listed as the technical contact so we can act on it, and you can transfer it away whenever you like.
Can you transfer an existing domain to you?: Yes. We handle the transfer with the existing registrar and plan any DNS changes so that the domain, website and email keep working throughout.
What happens if we leave?: The domain is yours. We will provide the transfer details and help move the DNS elsewhere if needed.
