None of these is usually the reason a project exists. They are the things around it that need to keep working.
A domain has DNS behind it. DNS points at mail and applications. Certificates expire. Hardware fails. Suppliers make proposals that need translating. We look after these things because we already understand how they fit together — and because small infrastructure problems have a habit of becoming large ones when nobody owns them.
