1. Current approach
Lambda Twelve aims to keep tracking on this website to a minimum.
At the date of this policy, our public-site analytics uses Umami configured without analytics cookies. We do not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising trackers or a Facebook/Meta Pixel on the public website.
2. Strictly necessary storage
The website and customer portal may use cookies or similar browser storage where strictly necessary to provide functionality requested by the user, including:
- account authentication and session continuity;
- security and fraud prevention;
- checkout/order state; and
- preferences necessary to provide a requested function.
Strictly necessary technologies are not used for behavioural advertising.
3. Analytics
Our current Umami deployment is configured to operate without analytics cookies. Limited technical information may still be processed in order to produce aggregate usage statistics. Further information about the purposes and legal basis for website analytics is provided in the Privacy Notice.
4. Consent
Because the current public website does not intentionally use non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies, we do not display a consent banner merely for analytics.
If we introduce technologies for which consent is required, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism before those technologies are activated for the user.
5. Technical verification
The conclusion in this policy depends on how the site actually behaves, not on how it is meant to be configured, so it is checked against the deployed site.
At the last check, on 20 September 2026, the public pages of this website set no cookies at all, and loaded no resources from any third-party host. The customer portal sets one cookie, after sign-in, which is strictly necessary to keep you signed in.
We re-check this after material changes to the front end or the checkout, because an embedded video, a chat widget, a payment component or a new analytics configuration can each change the answer.
