Lambda Twelve is now a Zabbix Authorized Reseller.
Zabbix collects metrics from almost anything with a network address, decides what counts as a problem, and tells a person when it happens. Getting it to say the right thing at the right time is most of the work, and it is work we have been doing for a while: we design, deploy and operate open-source Zabbix for clients who want to see their own estate, and we tune it so its alerts are ones somebody acts on rather than learns to ignore.
What changes is what we can offer beside that. When a team wants support from the people who make Zabbix, we now supply it: technical support subscriptions and professional services delivered by Zabbix’s own engineers, quoted and invoiced through us, in Greece.
So the monitoring is ours to run, and the vendor is a phone call away when you want them. One contract, one team to talk to.
